Welcome to Exam App (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile application developed and operated by App Growth Network Ltd. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and the Exam App (the “App”), available on iOS and Google Play platforms. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Exam App provides educational content and practice tests to help users prepare for licensing exams (e.g., CDL permit or similar). Features include:

  • Onboarding guidance

  • Weekly subscription and lifetime access options

  • Multiple-choice practice questions

  • Progress tracking and performance analytics

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any portion of the App

  • Share login credentials or provide access to unauthorized users

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer auto-renewing in-app subscriptions. Prices and durations are disclosed within the App. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

No refunds are provided once a purchase is made unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the App are owned or licensed by App Growth Network Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or that the content is fully accurate or up-to-date. The App is for educational support only and does not guarantee passing any exam.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Growth Network Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect any misuse or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, BC.
